2. For the definition of“ATP” in regulation 2 (Interpretation and transitional provision) of theInternational Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Regulations 1985(1) there shall be substituted the followingdefinition—
““ATP” means the Agreement on the International Carriage of PerishableFoodstuffs and on the Special Equipment used for such Carriage (ATP)concluded at Geneva on 1st September 1970 as amended pursuant to article18 of the agreement(2) and as further amended pursuant to that article by anamendment to Annex 1 which came into operation on 15th May 1991(3) and by amendments to appendices 1 and 2 of Annex 1 whichcame into operation on 6th July 1989(4) and 30th September 1990(5) and an amendment to Annex 2 which came into operation on28th March 1991(6)”
