The Housing Act 1988 (Commencement No. 5 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1991 No. 954 (C. 23)

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing Act 1988 (Commencement No. 5and Transitional Provisions) Order 1991.

(2) In this Order“the 1985 Act” means the Housing Associations Act 1985(1).
