Amendment
2. In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the State Awards Regulations 1978(1) the definition of “relevant territory” shall be amended by the substitution for the words “and (as regards any period prior to their accession to that Community) the Kingdom of Spain and the Portuguese Republic” the words “and (as respects any period prior to the unification of the Federal Republic of Germany) the former German Democratic Republic.”
