The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council Her
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 418(1) of the Merchant Shipping Act 18941, as extended by section 97(1) of the Civil Aviation Act 19822 and by section 738 of the said Act of 1894, and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, on the joint recommendation of the Secretary of State for Defence and the Secretary of State for Transport3, and by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, is pleased to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Collision Regulations (Seaplanes) (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 19th April 1991.

The Collision Regulations (Seaplanes) Order 19894, shall be further amended as follows:
In article 4 after the words “the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) Regulations 1989”5 there shall be added “as amended by the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) (Amendment) Regulations 1991”6.
