Savings
12. This Order shall not apply to:
(a)family proceedings within the meaning of Part V of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984(1);
(b)proceedings to which section 27(1) of the County Courts Act 1984 (Admiralty jurisdiction) applies.
