The (A696) Ponteland Road Roundabout (Trunking) Order 1991

Coming into force
15th April 1991
1. The roundabout at Ponteland Road at the junction with the A1 trunk road Newcastle Western Bypass in the City of Newcastle upon Tyne and shown by black vertical stripes on the deposited plan shall become trunk road as from the date when this Order comes into force.
2. In this Order “the deposited plan” means the plan numbered HA10/2-1N228, marked “The (A696) Ponteland Road Roundabout (Trunking) Order 1991”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY.
3. This Order shall come into force on 15th April 1991 and may be cited as the (A696) Ponteland Road Roundabout (Trunking) Order 1991.
