Amendment of regulation 26E of the principal Regulations9
In regulation 26E of the principal Regulations (payments in consequence of suspension-change of circumstances)—
a
in paragraph (1) the words “by the Committee” are omitted; and
b
in paragraph (2)—
i
for the words “it shall make” there are substituted the words “it shall determine”; and
ii
after the words “that change” there are inserted the words “and notify the Board accordingly”.
