Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.
(2) In these Regulations “the Act” means the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 and “the principal Regulations” means the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) (Scotland) Regulations 1988(1).
