These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Public Meetings) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.

b
the time for holding the meeting is as soon as practicable, and in any event not later than three months, after the date on which the NHS trust received that report; and
c
the document which shall be presented at the meeting is that report.
Concurrent meetings4
Nothing in these Regulations shall prevent a public meeting held pursuant to paragraph 7(2) of Schedule 2 to the Act in accordance with regulation 2 from being held on the same date and at the same time as a public meeting held pursuant to paragraph 7(3) of that Schedule in accordance with regulation 3.
