The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1985
7. Regulation 2(1) of the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1985(1) shall be amended by adding at the end of each of the definitions of “training” and “work” the words “or by or on behalf of Scottish Enterprise or Highlands and Islands Enterprise”.
