Amendment of National Health Service (District Health Authorities) Order 1990
4. In consequence of articles 2 and 3 of this Order the National Health Service (District Health Authorities) Order 1990(1) shall be amended as follows:
(a)by the insertion in article 3(1) before the words “shall continue to be” of the words “is or”, and before the words “be known” of the word “shall”,
(b)by the substitution in Part 2 of Schedule 1 for the entries in columns (1) and (2) relating to Leeds Eastern District and Leeds Western District of the entry—
| “Leeds District | Leeds District Health Authority”, |
(c)by the omission from Part 12 of Schedule 1 of the entries in columns (1) and (2) relating to North Warwickshire District, Rugby District and Central Birmingham District and the insertion after the entry relating to North Birmingham District of the entry—
| “North East Warwickshire District | North East Warwickshire District Health Authority”. |
