Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order appoints 31st December 1991 as the date for the coming into force of the provisions of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990 which are specified in the Schedule to the Order insofar as these are not already in force. The provisions so specified contain amendments to the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976 (c. 66).
