SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENTS TO SCHEDULE 3

1.  Schedule 3 shall be amended as follows.

2.  In Part I, for paragraph 6 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“6.   From a point 4 metres south east of the south eastern kerb line of Bowman’s Place south eastwards for a distance of 23 metres.”.

3.  In Part V, for paragraph 31 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“31.   From a point 1 metre south east of the party wall of No’s 58 and 60 Holloway Road south eastwards for a distance of 25 metres.”.

4.  In Part V, for paragraph 31 C there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“31C.   From a point 15 metres south east of the south eastern kerb line of Hornsey Road south eastwards for a distance of 13 metres.”.

5.  In Part V, for paragraph 39B shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“39B.   From a point 1 metre north west of a point level with the common boundary of No's. 381 and 383 Holloway Road south eastwards to a point level with the party wall of No's. 367 and 369 Holloway Road.”.

6.  In Part V, after paragraph 39C there should be inserted the following paragraph—

“39D.   From a point 24 metres south east of the south eastern kerbline of Witley Road south eastwards for a distance of 15 metres.”.
