The Hearing Aid Council Investigating and Disciplinary Committee Rules Approval Instrument 1991

Whereas the Hearing Aid Council have, in exercise of their powers under section 5(3), 6(2) and 10(4) of the Hearing Aid Council Act 19681 made rules as to the constitution of the Investigating and Disciplinary Committees and rules of procedure, and have submitted them to the Lord Chancellor for his approval: Now, therefore, the Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 5(3), 6(4) and 10(6) of the said Act, hereby approves the said rules as set out in the Schedule hereto.
