Amendment of the Community Health Councils Regulations
2.—(1) The Community Health Councils Regulations 1985(1)shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(5) (exercise of functions relating to Councils) for the words “A District Authority in Wales” there shall be substituted the words “In Wales, the Welsh Health Common Services Authority(2)”.
