This Order brings into force all remaining provisions of the Disability Living Allowance and Disability Working Allowance Act 1991 (c. 21). The commencement dates are—19th November 1991 for the powers enabling Regulations to be made;3rd February 1992 for the purpose of making claims for, and the determination of claims and questions relating to, disability living allowance, and attendance allowance where the person has attained the age of 65;10th March 1992 for the purpose of making claims for, and the determination of claims and questions relating to, disability working allowance;6th April 1992 for all remaining purposes, apart from up-rating;1st May 1992, for up-rating.
