Title and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (Forestry) (Great Britain) (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st December 1991.
Amendment of the principal Order
2. The Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (Forestry) (Great Britain) Order 1990(1) shall be amended by substituting for the Schedules thereto (which set out lists of fees) the Schedules set out in the Schedule to this Order.
In Witness whereof the Official Seal of the Forestry Commissioners is hereunto affixed on 4th November 1991.
