The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 47, 60(1) and 61(1)(1) of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979(2), section 36(9) of the National Heritage Act 1983(3), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
