The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(1), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Secretary of State for the Home Department in accordance with section 7(6) of the said Act of 1984, hereby makes the following Order:–

1. This Order may be cited as the Barnet (Prescribed Route) (No. 3) Traffic Order 1970 (Variation) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 31st August 1991.

2. The Barnet (Prescribed Route) (No. 3) Traffic Order 1970(2) shall be varied by omitting therefrom article 4 of that Order.
