This Order may be cited as the Foreign Compensation (Financial Provisions) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 30th March 1991.

The Foreign Compensation Commission shall pay into the Consolidated Fund not later than 31st March 1991 out of the compensation funds named in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Order the amounts specified in Column 2 of the Schedule which are hereby determined to be the amounts of the expenses of the Commission during the periods specified in Column 3 of the Schedule attributable to the discharge by the Commission of their functions in relation to the distribution of sums from those compensation funds.
