(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends article 3 of the Reciprocal Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Canada) Order 1987 so as to include the courts of the Province of Newfoundland as recognised courts for the purposes of Part I of the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1933.
