6.—(1) Regulation 56 (supply of labels) of the Regulations of 1986 shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3) below.
(2) In paragraph (3) for the word “constituency” there shall be substituted the words “area for which the registration officer is authorised by this regulation to supply such labels”.
(3) In paragraph (4)(1) before the words “the register” there shall be inserted the words “the whole or part of” and for the words “that register” there shall be substituted the words “the part or parts of the register to which such person is so entitled”.
