Title, extent and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 1991, shall apply to England and Wales and shall come into force 12th August 1991.
Amendment
2. For the Schedules to the Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (England and Wales) Order 1988(1) there shall be substituted the Schedules set out in the Schedule to this Order.
In witness whereof the Official Seal of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food is hereunto affixed on 13th July 1991.
