Saving as to land drainage
12. Nothing in this Order or in any enactment incorporated with or applied by this Order shall prejudice or affect the application of any byelaws made under the Land Drainage Act 1976(1) or relieve any person of the obligation to obtain consent under the provisions of that Act or to obtain any licence or consent from the National Rivers Authority required under the Water Act 1989(2), the Water Resources Act 1963(3) or any other enactment.
