Provisions as to pensioneer trustees

9.  The description of provision specified in this regulation is a provision to the effect that—

(a)one of the trustees of the scheme shall be a pensioneer trustee, and

(b)if a pensioneer trustee ceases to be qualified to act as such or ceases to be a trustee, the trustees or the remaining trustee or trustees shall—

(i)within 30 days after that cessation notify the Board in writing;

(ii)within 60 days after that cessation appoint a successor to him as a pensioneer trustee;

(iii)within 30 days after that appointment notify the Board in writing of the name of the successor.
