Change of Name of NHS Trust
2. The trust shall be called the United Leeds Teaching Hospitals National Health Service Trust instead of Leeds General Infirmary and Associated Hospitals National Health Service Trust and accordingly—
(a)in article 1 of the Order, in the definition of “the trust”, for the words from “The Leeds” to “Trust” there shall be substituted the words “the NHS trust” and
(b)in article 2 of the Order for the words after from “the Leeds” to the word “Associated” there shall be substituted the words “the United Leeds Teaching”.
