Citation and Commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment)(No. 3) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force–
(a)for the purposes of regulations 8, 9 and 10 on 1st November 1991, and
(b)for all other purposes on 1st August 1991.
