Coming into force
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4(3) of the Erskine Bridge Tolls Act 19681 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, it appearing to him that the aggregate revenue produced by the tolls during the period specified in section 4(1) of that Act is likely to fall short of what would be required for the purposes mentioned in Schedule 2 to the said Act, hereby makes the following Order:
