The Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 1991

The Director General of Electricity Supply in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 39 and 60 of the Electricity Act 1989(1), and all other enabling powers, after consultation with public electricty suppliers and persons and bodies representing persons likely to be affected by the exercise of the powers, and with the consent of the Secretary of State for Energy (as respects England and Wales) and the Secretary of State for Scotland (as respects Scotland) in accordance with section 39(1)(a) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:
