Transcripts for appeals
19. After Order 68, rule 5, there shall be inserted the following new rule—
“Transcripts for appeals from county courts
6. In relation to appeals from county courts, references in rules 4 and 5 to rule 1 shall be construed as references to that rule as applied by Order 50, rule 9A of the County Court Rules 1981(1).”.
