Provisions coming into force on 31st May 1991
2. The following provisions of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 shall come into force on 31st May 1991—
sections 29 to 32;
section 50;
section 51;
section 60 in so far as it relates to anything deposited at a place for the deposit of waste, or in a receptacle for waste, provided by a waste disposal contractor under arrangements made with a waste disposal authority;
section 68;
section 71;
section 72;
section 75;
section 77;
section 147;
section 162(1) in so far as it relates to paragraph 31(1) to (3), (4)(a) and (c) and (5)(b) and (c) of Schedule 15;
section 162(2) in so far as it relates to the repeal in Part II of Schedule 16 of section 2 of the Control of Pollution Act 1974(1) and the repeals made in that Part in relation to sections 7(2) and 9(1) of the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989(2).
