The High Court (Distribution of Business) Order 1991

2.  There shall be assigned to the Family Division all business in theHigh Court of any of the following descriptions:—

(a) all proceedings under:—

(i) the Domestic Violence and Matrimonial Proceedings Act 1976(1);

(ii) the Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985(2);

(iii) the Family Law Act 1986(3);

(iv) section 30 of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990(4); and

(b) all proceedings for the purpose of enforcing an order made in anyproceedings of a type described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to theSupreme Court Act 1981(5).
