2.  There shall be assigned to the Family Division all business in theHigh Court of any of the following descriptions:—

(a)all proceedings under:—

(i)the Domestic Violence and Matrimonial Proceedings Act 1976(1);

(ii)the Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985(2);

(iii)the Family Law Act 1986(3);

(iv)section 30 of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990(4); and

(b)all proceedings for the purpose of enforcing an order made in anyproceedings of a type described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to theSupreme Court Act 1981(5).

Paragraph 3 was amended by the Children Act 1989(c.41), Schedule 11, paragraph 9 and Schedule 13, paragraph 45(3).
