Expenses of management.3
The Trustee shall first defray out ofthe income of the Charity the cost of maintaining the property of theCharity (including the repair and insurance of buildings) and all othercharges and outgoings payable in respect of that property and all theproper costs, charges and expenses of and incidental to theadministration of the Charity and management of its property.
