This Order transfers the public landing place at Portsmouth Harbour maintained by Sealink Harbours Limited under section 10 of the Joint Portsmouth Railway Extension Act 1873 from Sealink Harbours Limited to Wightlink Limited. The Order also authorises Wightlink Limited to dispose of property no longer required for the purposes of the transferred harbour.
The Applicant for the Order is Wightlink Limited.
