This Order amends article 3(4) of the Swine Fever Order 1963 whichwas defectively amended by article 4(1) of the Food Safety Act 1990(Consequential Modifications) (No. 2) (Great Britain) Order 1990 (S.I.1990/2487). The amendment now made redefines“meat inspector”.
