THE SCHEDULE TO THE SCHEMEPlan and Specification of the Grand Union Canal Bridge
Location
The bridge is located on the border of the City of Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea at Ladbroke Grove and crosses theGrand Union Canal. It will be on the same site as the existing bridgewhich carries Ladbroke Grove over the Grand Union Canal but will bewidened by 3.85 metres. (Existing bridge 13.55 metres; new bridge 17.4metres overall).
Dimensions
| Width: | The overall width of the bridge is 17.4 metres. |
| Span: | A span of at least 21.00 metres will be provided. |
| Headway: | A minimum headway of 2.55 metres will be provided above the whole expanse of the navigable water. |
| Waterway: | Waterway to be crossed is the Grand Union Canal. |
| Diversion of Watercourse: | There will be no diversion of any water course. |
| Diversion of Towpath: | There will be no diversion of any towpath. |
| Plan: | All of the above details are shown on the annexed drawing numbered KCAA/SK/15 |
