The Director General of Electricity Supply in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 31 and 60 of, and paragraphs 2 and 131 of Schedule 7 to, the Electricity Act 19892 and of all other enabling powers, and with the consent of the Secretary of State in accordance with paragraph 13 of Schedule 7 to the Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
