2. In the definition of “infected” in section 10(1) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937(1), after the words “infectious pancreatic necrosis (IPN)”, there shall be inserted the words “infectious salmon anaemia (ISA)”.
The definition of “infected” in section 10(1) was amended by the Diseases of Fish (Definition of “Infected”) Order 1984 (S.I. 1984/301) and the Diseases of Fish (Definition of “Infected”) Order 1988 (S.I. 1988/195), and in relation to Scotland only, by the Diseases of Fish (Definition of “Infected”) (Scotland) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/213).
