Amendments to the Principal Regulations coming into force on 1st October 1990
18.—(1) For the forms numbered 714I, 714S, 714P and 714C in the Schedule to the Principal Regulations (1)there shall be substituted the forms so numbered in the Schedule to these Regulations.
(2) The provisions of paragraph (l) shall not affect the validity of certificates issued before 1st October 1990.
