PART 6Staff designated in relation to the London Borough of Lambeth

Section A

All staff employed by ILEA to work in the area of the London Borough of Lambeth in the following classes or descriptions of post:

1.  adult education posts, excluding principals and vice-principals, based at Lambeth, Streatham and Tooting, and Clapham-Battersea Adult Education Institutes;

2.  coordinator, deputy coordinator, teachers, hourly-paid tutors, main grade staff and general attendants based at the individual tuition centre dealing with Lambeth schools, Shillington School Annexe, Shillington Street;

3.  school-based teachers and welfare helpers giving individual support to children which is specified within their statements of special educational needs;

4.  teachers, meals supervisors and main grade staff in off-site support units at The Orchard Centre and the Rectory Grove Centre; teachers in offsite support units at the Old Library Intermediate Treatment Centre, The North Lambeth Intermediate Treatment Centre, The Cave School Truancy Project and the Hampton Project;

5.  teachers based at the South Vale social services assessment centre;

6.  teachers in hospital tuition groups based at Kings College Hospital, St Thomas' Hospital and the Mary Sheridan Centre;

7.  teachers in the specific learning difficulties service based at the Sussex Centre;

8.  teachers and main grade staff based at the Brixton Child Guidance Unit;

9.  teachers, guides and attendants based at tutorial classes in Haselrigge, Ashby Mill and Caldecot Schools;

10.  teachers, midday supervisors, bus attendants and nursery nurses based at the Gillian Frazier Centre for language impaired children;

11.  teachers in the unified language centre based at Effra Language Centre;

12.  school-based teachers in the community language/bilingual development service;

13.  teachers, main grade staff, canteen assistants, media resources officer and cleaners based at the multi-purpose teachers' centre, Santley Street;

14.  multi-ethnic divisional coordinator based at the teachers' centre, Santley Street;

15.  individual support teachers' coordinators based at the teachers' centre, Santley Street;

16.  further education work experience coordinators based at Brixton and Vauxhall colleges;

17.  peripatetic nursery nurses based at Holmewood and Ethelred Nursery Schools, and at Sudbourne and Hitherfield Schools;

18.  portage workers based at the Mary Sheridan Centre, Durand School;

19.  divisional industry-schools coordinator based at Divisional Office 9, Acre Lane;

20.  borough catering manager;

21.  area catering manager;

22.  catering office assistant;

24.  catering assistants.

Section B

All staff employed by ILEA to work outside the ILEA area in the following classes or descriptions of post:

1.  all staff at the Croft Residential Centre.
