Decisions by employing authorities as to status of employees

31.  In regulation N2 of the principal Regulations–

(a) in paragraph (1)(c), for “B1(11)”, there shall be substituted “B2(2)”;

(b) in paragraph (3)(b)(i), for “B1(5)”, there shall be substituted “B2(1)(d)”.
