The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 43 of the Firearms Act 1968(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

1968 c. 27; section 43 was extended by sections 11(4), 15(4) and 17(9) of, and paragraph 3(2) of the Schedule to, the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988 (c. 45) which are not relevant to this Order.
