The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11 and 86 of the Animal Health Act 1981 (1)and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

1981 c. 22; section 86(1)(a) contains a definition of “the Minister”.
