The Welsh Health Common Services Authority Regulations 1990

The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 12(c), 126(1) and (4) and 128(1) of, and paragraphs 10 and 12 of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf and after consultation with the body recognised by him as representing persons who, in his opinion, are likely to be affected by these Regulations in accordance with paragraph 11 of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 1977, hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1977 c. 49; in section 128(1) see the definitions of and paragraph 10 of Schedule 5 was amended by the Health Services Act 1980 (c. 53), Schedule 1, paragraph 80, and by the Health and Social Services and Social Security Adjudications Act 1983 (c. 41), section 15(b); paragraphs 10 and 12 were modified by S.I. 1985/39, article 7(22), and were amended by the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19), Schedule 1, paragraphs 8 and 9.
