The Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Order 1988
19.—(1) In article 2(1) of the Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Order 1988(1)the definition “specified area” shall cease to have effect and for the definition of “the Act of 1949” there shall be substituted ““the Act” means the Food Safety Act 1990”; and for the words “local authority” there shall be substituted the words “food authority”.
(2) In articles 2(1), 11, 12 and 15(2)(a) the words “for a specified area” shall be deleted.
