Citation, commencement and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Medical and Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st January 1991.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the National Health Service (General Medical and Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 19742.
