Section 125(7) and Schedule 20 so far as they provided for the repeal of section 53 of the Administration of Justice Act 1956 (c. 46) were brought into force by the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1990 (S. I. 1990/2170).
