1. These Regulations may be cited as the Rules of the Air Regulations 1990, and shall come into force on 1st December 1990.
2. The Rules set forth in the Schedule hereto are hereby prescribed as the Rules of the Air.
3. The following Regulations are hereby revoked, that is to say:
The Rules of the Air and Air Traffic Control Regulations 1985(1);
The Rules of the Air and Air Traffic Control (Amendment) Regulations 1986(2);
The Rules of the Air and Air Traffic Control (Second Amendment) Regulations 1986(3);
The Rules of the Air and Air Traffic Control (Third Amendment) Regulations 1987(4);
The Rules of the Air and Air Traffic Control (Fourth Amendment) Regulations 1987(5)
The Rules of the Air and Air Traffic Control (Fifth Amendment) Regulations 1989(6)
