Title and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Heavy Metal Poisoning) (England) (Revocation) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 6th September 1990.
Revocation
2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Heavy Metal Poisoning) (England) Order 1990(1) is hereby revoked.
