The Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1990 No. 1800

1.—(1) These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1990 and shall come into force on 1st October 1990.

(2) The Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1989(1) are hereby revoked.
